Product overview

Digital laser sensor: LS-500 series and LS-403 series
CC-Link communication unit: SC-GU3-01

• Having a ultracompact sensor head, the sensor can be arranged in a narrow space where existing models cannot be arranged (smallest in the market as of Sep. 2013).
• All the sensor head models (six models) are compatible with laser class 1 (JIS/IEC/FDA).
• Via the CC-Link communication unit SC-GU3-01, the light receiving amount of up to 16 laser amplifiers can be read and the threshold value can be written (teaching).

With the following profile, the functions of iQ Sensor Solution (iQSS) can be added to the digital laser sensor LS-500 series and LS-403 series and the CC-Link communication unit SC-GU3-01.The profile contains information required for startup, operation, and maintenance of devices, such as network parameter information and memory map.Parameters and others can be set with GX Works2.
